It is autumn, and Japan’s forests are full alive !
Fall is coming and it’s the most delicious season for the animals. The oaks, in their magnificent autumn colors, offer their most precious treasure to the Japanese animals: the Donguri (Don-goo-lee) or the acorns. As they prepare for winter, the animals from the Japanese forests are inviting you in their harvest to feast with their delicious acorns.

THE BASICS OF DONGURI
Donguri is a turn-based game, where each player will place domino tiles with an animal and an amount of acorns. Each placement has to be carefully planned to satisfy each animal’s appetite. Each player will earn points from each animal they successfully satisfied. The player with the most points will be the winner.
♦ Choose a tile to place from your hand, always visible, to the game area
♦ Place it adjacent to another tile to satisfy the animal’s appetite
♦ Place one of your leaf marker when you successfully feed an animal
♦ Every satisfied animal will be yours and you will earn victory points from each of them.
The Donguri harvest will only stop when no one can play a new tile. It’s then time to count the victory points given from each animal you fed. The player with the most points will be declared King of the Forest.
